In such cases, any font usage activity associated with the account may not be protected under our terms of service.

3. If you exceed the limits, please contact us for an additional purchase or upgrade

5. You can integrate the fonts (up to 5 fonts) & Backgrounds or Texture (Unlimited) into your library software, mobile apps, or SaaS
6. Full commercial usage rights (Internal and client work permitted)
7. Up to 2 accounts per social media platform related to the brand name are allowed. Exceeding this limit requires a separate subscription
8. You must use the same email to access the products. If we find a discrepancy, your access will be revoked, and your plan will be deactivated without notice or refund

• Monthly pageviews must be monitored to ensure they do not exceed the limit

• If you integrate our fonts, textures, and images, you must track and ensure users are using them legally

Mobile Application Usage

The End User is granted rights to:

• Embed the Font Software in mobile applications
• Distribute the Font Software as part of mobile application packages
• Permit end users to utilize the Font Software offline within the mobile application
• $90,000 USD or EUR is the total annual sales value for a business
• Each mobile application requires separate registration
• Projects must not exceed 50,000 downloads on any app store or platform
• Up to 10,000 exports of the final result using fonts

Website Usage

The End User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Embed and display the Font Software on websites through CSS @font-face
• License covers usage for one domain. Additional domains or subdomains require separate purchase
• Use the Font Software on websites with a maximum monthly pageview limit of 150,000 views
• Host the Font Software on secure servers for website deployment (Require to contact before use)
• Using the font on a website without embedding it via @font-face requires an additional license fee of up to $200
• $90,000 USD or EUR is the total annual sales value for a business
• Fonts must be served through secure HTTPS connections
• Up to 10,000 exports of the final result using fonts

Print Usage

The End User is permitted to:

• Create physical printed materials using the Font Software
• Output to PDF and other print-ready formats
• Fonts must be outlined for print
• Use in marketing materials and collateral

Limitations:

• Annual Limit For print usage to 25,000 prints per font. Textures & Background Included
• Reprints of existing materials require the purchase of a new subscription

1. Once the subscription expires or is canceled, the user is prohibited from continuing to use the products
2. Once your subscription ends, any rights to use our products, services, or intellectual property will cease. You may not register new products after the subscription period expires. The license remains valid for lifetime usage. However, if the impressions or views exceed the limits of your previous plan, you must contact us. Please note that re-registering with the same plan will not be possible. For assistance, feel free to reach out to us

For Font Usage

An ongoing subscription is required to use the service on the web or app, and more

• Deleting the fonts from any cloud storage or local files.
• Removing the fonts integrated within any software or applications.
• Unembedding the fonts from websites or mobile apps.

Self-hosted Fonts:

• Remove font files from web servers
• Clear .woff, .woff2, .ttf, .eot files
• Update or remove @font-face declarations

Font Service Integration:

• Remove font-family references
• Update CSS fallbacks to system fonts

For Print Materials

• Reprints of existing designs require a new subscription, provided the quantity does not exceed the limits specified in the plan. For quantities beyond the plan's allowance or unique requests, a bespoke license will be necessary. Please to contact our support team

For Digital Content

• Reuploading content, whether static or dynamic (e.g., TIFF, MP4, 3D, 2D formats), requires a new subscription

Broadcast, Television, movies, and film titles often involve intellectual property that is protected under copyright laws. These titles are a unique part of a production’s branding and creative identity, and as such, they require a bespoke license to ensure that their use is authorized. A bespoke license is tailored specifically to the project and clarifies how the title can be used, ensuring that the rights holders’ interests are protected. Without this license, unauthorized use could lead to legal issues and potential copyright infringement.
