• Derivative Works: When you modify a copyrighted work, you create a derivative work. While we own the copyright to your modifications, the original copyright holder still retains rights to their original work.
• Competitor Use: The templates may not be used to create competing products, such as design kits, themes, or other digital assets

Modified versions are still subject to the terms of this license and may not be distributed outside your organization. This license grants usage rights but does not transfer ownership of the templates to the Licensee.

• Customization: Tailoring the UI kit to fit your specific brand or project.
• Combination with other elements: Incorporating the UI kit into a larger design project with your original elements.

Our licensing model is designed with your needs in mind, enabling seamless use of our products across your entire organization. Whether you're a small startup, a growing mid-sized company, or a large enterprise, our licenses adapt to fit your scale and requirements, ensuring maximum flexibility and value.

• Team Collaboration: Share the templates with team members within your organization. Each team member must comply with this license. (up to 10 members)

The following limits apply to projects using our UI kits/templates:

1. Websites & Web-Based Applications:

• Projects must not exceed 50,000,000 views per month or year (aggregate total). For projects exceeding this limit, a separate enterprise license is required.

1. Mobile Applications & Games:

• Projects must not exceed 100,000 downloads in any app store or platform. A separate enterprise license is required for higher download volumes.

1. Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Platforms:

• Usage in SaaS platforms requires this license only if your platform meets the usage limits above. For larger deployments, an enterprise license is required.

1. Client & Brand Use:

• Projects created for third-party clients or under your brand are permitted within the limits specified above. Large-scale distribution, exceeding the view or download limits, requires a separate license.
